SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & REFUND

SECTION I - SHIPPING POLICY

A. Delivery Information

 

For International buyers:

You can Place order (Self / Gifting) for delivery within Hyderabad, INDIA. We Do Not Ship outside India

 

For domestic buyers:

1. Orders are shipped through registered domestic delivery partners.

2. Orders are shipped as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order.

3. Confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company.

4. AL-RIZQ KITCHEN is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the Delivery company from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

5. To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed Delivery partners.

6. If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

7. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). AL-RIZQ KITCHEN is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

 

B. Payments

AL-RIZQ KITCHEN is proud to use RazorPay, PayU, Paypal Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

 

C. Free Delivery:

1. Every order shipped by AL-RIZQ KITCHEN are delivered as per the terms specified at the time of order.

 

 

 

D. Cash on Delivery (COD) :

1. Cash on Delivery options are available for most of the Products.

2. Some products may not ship through COD. customer will be informed in such cases.

 

E. Secured Payment :

1. All Payments at www.alrizqkitchen.com are protected with 128Bit SSL Encryption which is the highest Level of Protection in Payment Gateways hence keeping your Payment Safe & Secure.

2. We use Razorpay, PayU and Paypal payment gateway for all our Payments for Credit / Debit Cards and Net Banking.

 

 

SECTION II - RETURNS

We have a same-day return policy, which means you have 01 day after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us

without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

SECTION III - Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

SECTION IV - Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

SECTION V - Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 -5  business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
